As our new letterhead indicates, as of April 1, 2022, our company's name will be formally changed to
AISIN North Carolina Corporation from AW North Carolina, Inc.
This change is due to the merger between Aisin AW Co., Ltd. and Aisin Seiki Co., Ltd., completed on
April 1, 2021. The merged company is named "AISIN CORPORATION".
Aisin North Carolina becomes a part of AISIN Group in the Americas, which includes some 14,000
employees, 43 manufacturing, sales and R&D Center. Worldwide, AISIN is the fifth largest Tier One
supplier of automotive component and systems. A $32 billion company, AISIN Group is the largest
