"Ripple Falls, LLC, has association with Luna Ridge, LLC; Mountain Asset Planning, LP; and TFM Carolina, Inc. These other business entities are associated with the Couch Mountian residential development. The proposed Rich Mountian Subdivision is located in close proximity of the Couch Mountian development. The Corps need to determine if the two developments are connected or separate. Submit a document from Ripple Falls stating how these developments are to be connected or will be stand-alone and separate (roads and access, HOAs/POAs, marketed, utilities, maintenance and operations, amenities, facilities, etc.)." Please let me know if you need any additional information or documentation. i Additionally, we are working to schedule field work to complete the delineation of the remaining planned development areas. These two communities have no shared amenities, infrastructure, or access. The entrances to each of these communities are about 20 minutes from one another. They have separate HOAs and no cooperative agreements of any kind. Additionally, there are no shared marketing campaigns. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Andy Baker 2
