General Statute § 138A-15 mandates that the Chairman inquire as to whether any member knows of any
known conflict of interest or appearance of conflict with respect to matters before the Commission. If any
member knows of a conflict of interest or appearance of a conflict, please so state at this time.
2. Approval of minutes from Groundwater and Waste Management Committee (GWWMC) meeting
March 10, 2021 (attached).
II. Information Item:
1.Re-adoption of 15A NCAC 02L .0100 “General Considerations”
Explanation: The Division of Water Resources will be presenting proposed Rules to the EMC
Groundwater and Waste Management Committee for consideration of re-adopting at the September 2021
meeting. This information item will summarize the proposed changes and provide a time-line for the re-
adoption process.
