Control Ordinance Technical Standards. The Avery County Planning Department hereby issues a

The Avery County Planning Department issues this certificate under the following conditions.
The Avery County Ordinance Administrator shall make periodic site visits over the next two (2) years
in order to provide commentary on the site condition. The commentary shall address any failing
Permanent measurers, any failing cut or fill slopes and construction materials or methods which
appear not to be performing to the scope of the approved overall plan. Again, the site visits will be
for commentary purpose only, as your project has passed a final compliance inspection with the
issuance of this "Certificate".
