The Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) has received and reviewed the 2021 Annual Report (AR)
for the above permit. The report reflects there was no surface disposal conducted in 2021.
Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) analytical data was collected for this permit
for 2021. The attached Chain of Custody (C.O.C.) for the samples collected on January 19, 2021,
indicate the samples were properly preserved.
