the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) to provide
co comprehensive professional engineering and environmental services for the subject

Y TIP Project H-00080 is included in the current NCDOT STIP. This project includes
o constructing a dedicated left-turn lane on N.C. 42 at its intersection with Johnston
00 cl� Road (S.R. 2735) in Wake County, NC.
We would appreciate any information you might have that would be helpful in
evaluating potential environmental impacts for this project. Please respond by April
25th, 2022, so that your comments can be used in the development of this project.
Copies of the Vicinity Map (Fig. 1), Study Area Map (Fig. 2), and USGS Topographic
