The submitted NOI cannot be reviewed as is because the uploaded Financial Responsibility/Ownership (FRO) forms have
different responsible entities and are for the City of Raleigh instead of Wake County. Wake County approved the erosion
control plan for the listed lots, so one FRO form must be sent to the County designating one responsible entity. The

Additionally, only submit one NOI Certification Form.
