which means the Financial Responsibility/Ownership (FRO) Form still needs to be revised to list either Edna Mayes or
"Edna Mayes dba Eazy Recycling Core & Metals" as the person financially responsible for the land -disturbing activity.
Currently, the FRO Form only lists the company, which isn't acceptable because the company isn't registered with the NC
Secretary of State.
