Please continue to implement the conditions in the current/expired NPDES MS4 stormwater permit as required until such time as the Division issues a new permit. DEQ’s Stormwater Program is currently short staffed and the SWMP review queue is backlogged. It is not clear when you will receive comments/approval on the Draft SWMP and the new permit will be issued. I apologize for the delay in getting SWMP reviews turned around, and very much appreciate your patience and ongoing efforts to implement a compliant stormwater management program in the meantime. Hi Jeanette, I will be sending a sharepoint link to access our 2022 draft SWMP with attachments based on the DEQ template and self assessment of the program components that were not audited last November shortly after this email. Please note that our town manager Rodney has not signed the draft SWMP, he is aware of it as it was submitted with our other SWMP draft last August for the permit renewal and it was reviewed at that time. Does he need to sign this draft or can it wait until we have a more finalized document? I also put a hard copy in the mail today as well. Our permit has expired last month, will be receiving any feedback on our submission from last August? Are we still covered despite an expired permit?
