Please see the attached Town of Garner Self Evaluation for permit components that were not reviewed by
DEQ for compliance for Section B: Public Education and Outreach, Section C: Public Involvement and
Participation, Section E: Construction Site Runoff Controls, and Section H: Total Maximum Daily Loads
that is due April 4, 2022.
Please also see the attached Draft Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) utilizing the DEQ Phase II
MS4 SWMP Template due April 4, 2022. Please note that this was also submitted with our Draft Final
SWMP on August 10, 2022 because there was confusion prior to the Town's audit and which documents
were required.
The Town of Garner awaits comments on the Draft final SWMP that was submitted August 10, 2021 in
order to submit any responses for the final DEQ approval and final permit issuance.
