Subject:Crescent Surplus Project Site - NCWRC comments
Hi Brandee and Mitchell, 

I have reviewed the information sent to me about the Crescent Surplus Project Site project, which proposes to 
culvert 82 ft of an unnamed tributary to the Catawba River and fill 0.07 acre of wetland in Burke County.   

The project should not impact wild trout and a trout moratorium is not needed for this project.  Thank you for 
allowing me the opportunity to review these projects.
