The City explained that you're only building on one of the lots to start with, which is fine, but to make the permitting
process more efficient, you're applying for NCG01 permit coverage for both lots at once. That's why the information
entered in the NOI needs to be applicable to both lots.

B1. The business name must be written the same way as it's registered with the NC Secretary of State, so if there's an

D6. Upload the first page of your erosion control plan application. It should be one page that says "Single -Family
Dwelling Erosion Control Permit Application" at the top.
D9. Revise the project name on the NOI Certification Form.
