Mr. Lash — FYI — based on DWR's recent inspection of the subject site by George Smith (WSRO), this UV treatment
system currently displays a RED reset button. Is this system "in alarm" (see attached photo)? Does the owner know what
this means?
Also to date, DWR has not received your signed Engineer's Certification form for this installation, permitted 19Sep2013.

I performed a CEI on April 29, 2015. There is a Septitech control box present with a red reset light illuminated. I am not
sure if this a pump or the UV system. Also, did you receive an Engineers Certification?
