We have also developed the Keep Wake Forest Clean campaign, which allowed residents to participate in litter clean up. The Town itself participates in the Adopt-a-Highway program for NC-98, and cleans up litter on a quarterly schedule. The Town also offers participation in the Citizens Planning Academy, which teaches residents who want to be involved in the Planning Board. II.C.2.b Mechanism for Public Involvement The permittee provided and promoted a mechanism for public involvement that provides for input on stormwater issues and the stormwater program.
