I have completed the review of the FTSE application submitted for Wexford Subdivision, and I have found a few small
edits that will need to be submitted:
• For item VI.5, please list the nature of the wastewater as percentages of the given categories
• For item VI.6, please check Yes or No to indicate whether flow reduction has been requested and approved
All other aspects of the application appear to be in good order. To expedite the permitting process, please edit the
above items digitally and resubmit only the edited page (page two of the FTA). While I wait for those revisions, I will
begin entering the project information and drafting your permit. If no other revisions arise, I should be able to have your
permit issued by the end of the week.
