The Division of Water Quality has reviewed your letter received March 10, 2022, requesting rescission of permit
no. WQ0032547. The facility permitted therein does qualify for exemption from permitting since construction of
the facility was never initiated, and no sewer extension system exists. Therefore, in accordance with your request,
FastTrack Sewer Extension permit no. WQ0032547 is hereby rescinded, effective on the date of this letter.
It is the understanding of the Division at this time that a new permit is to be issued by the same name, Applewood
Subdivision. This permit shall reflect the new system design criteria as stated in the application received to our
office on February 22, 2022. The issuance of this permit is forthcoming.
