AGENT AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT

This agreement made and entered into by and between the NORTH CAROLINA WII,DLIFE
RESOURCES COMMISSION ("Commission") and David and Jackie Matlock ("Owner" or
owner's agent). The Owner hereby grants the Commission permission to act as the Owners'
agent to obtain all needed permits from all units of government including, but not limited to,
the United States Army Corps of Engineers and the State of North Carolina to accomplish a
stream restoration project on the Owner's property.
The Commission agrees to obtain and pay any permit processing fees required for the
Commission's and North Carolina Department of Transportation's Stream Mitigation
Program.
