I can't find online the specified amount for a Permit Renewal, is it the same as a Minor Mod or something else?
Please advise or direct me to a link.
Thanks, you have been most helpful and patient thus far.

There is no fee for strictly a renewal or a minor modification right now. There are only fees for new projects and major
y,(k modifications of the permit. What are you changing in the application you are about to submit? It may not need a fee
depending on what is changing.

Re: WQ 0037622;
1101 Olives Chapel Rd,Apex, NC Jennifer C Bruce, Permitee
I believe this permit is up for renewal (I don't have my client's latest permit), I believe it expires in September. It a permit
transfer to the current Permittee back in 2017. Only change has been a Flow Reduction (not really a change in flow, but
would allow it to be classified as a 5 bedroom 480 gpd system). This was given by Ms Christyn Fertenbaugh June 6,
2021. If nothing else has really changed since the permit transfer in 2017 and the satisfaction of the original "Compliance
Schedule"does anything need to be attached for Attachment F?
Send me a pdf of the permit if you can locate it.
Thanks
Jack

Jack,
Attached is the permit and a correction that includes a setback waiver for this one.As long as the permitted treatment and
disposal field stays the exact same as the previous issuance and the flow doesn't increase from 480 GPD, I would think
that is a minor mod that wouldn't require a fee. Not sure what the original "Compliance Schedule"and Attachment F you
are referring to,though. The permit I've listed only has those standard "submit a renewal 6 months before the permit
expiration"and the"closure if community sewage becomes available", and I don't think any SFR document has an
Attachment F as far as I know.

Subject: Flow Reduction Request Approval
1101 Olives Chapel Road
Permit No.WQ0037622
Chatham County
Dear Permittee:
Per the proposed water use data based on the usage of EPA WaterSense fixtures and low-flow appliances provided
by John R. Harman, P.E..,the Division of Water Resources hereby approves the use of a 480 GPD design flow for
the existing 4-bedroom home with a proposed fifth bedroom, located at 1101 Olives Chapel Road in Chatham
County. Please note that approval of this flow reduction does not constitute a modification to the previously issued
permit(WQ0037622-issued September 26,2017)with an approved flow of 480 GPD for a 4-bedroom home.
Regardless of the design daily wastewater flow rate,at no time shall the wastewater flows exceed the effluent
limits defined in the permit for the treatment facility or exceed the capacity of the sewers downstream of any new
sewer extension or service connection(s). Please contact the Division's Non-Discharge Branch to discuss any
required permit modifications per the flow reduction above.
This action does not prohibit the Division from reopening, revoking, reissuing and/or modifying the flow reduction
as allowed by the laws, rules, and regulations contained in 15A NCAC 02T, NCGS 143-215.1,or as needed to
address changes in State and/or Federal regulations with respect to wastewater collection systems, protection of
surface waters and/or wastewater treatment.
