The Division of Water Resources (Division) assessed a civil penalty in the amount of $143.59
($100.00 civil penalty + $43.59 enforcement costs) against Brightleaf Durham Associates LLC in
the letter dated February 9, 2021. To date, the Division's records show the above civil penalties
remain unpaid.
To avoid further legal action, payment in the full amount should be submitted no later than
April 6. 2022. Make the check payable to North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality
and include the case number on the check.
