(No CAMA Permit Required). Please consult with any other local, state or federal agencies that may require a permit or authorization before project initiation. Both the inlet and outlet end of this pipe have scour holes. NCDOT plans to fill them with Class B riprap to protect the toe wall and prevent undermining. Is this location within the Public Trust Area AEC for Jady Branch? If it is, what type of DCM authorization will be required to complete the proposed repair?
