The drawing must also show a 3 ft wide walkway until it is beyond the existing water willow bed. Please note that the above statement does not represent a preliminary approval, and review of a complete application is the only way that we can determine if the proposed activity will be approved by Lake Services. To complete the application process, the property owner will need to submit the Lake Permit Application and User Agreement forms that are located here: hops://www.duke-energv.com/ /media/Pdfs/community/lakes-and- reciconstruciionappdf%la=en. In addition to these forms, a list of additional items required for the submittal can be found on Page 2 of the application, and include the following: copy of a registered survey of the lot — surveyor's signature and stamp must be visible, and the proposed location of the structure must be indicated (subdivision plat map is ok) plan and profile drawing of the proposed dock — including all dimensions (exam2le) copy of the county building permit $350 application fee payable to Duke Energy (see fee schedule for appropriate fees) $250 fee payable to the NC HEP (Habitat Enhancement Pro ram) Let me know if you have any other questions.
