Hi Ryan, good to hear from you. Since we issued a PJD for this project there’s no specific expiration date, which means
it’s essentially up to the Corps regarding whether any of the area should be re-delineated. Conversely, the applicant
could ask for a re-evaluation or an AJD. Based on the topography of the review area and my site visit recollections the
features are not likely to change in any substantive way even if they were re-evaluated. We reviewed these areas in the
wettest time of year (February 2014) so I’m confident that what was potentially jurisdictional in the review area is still
potentially jurisdictional. Luckily they also had a good consultant delineating the wetlands, so that always helps.

Moreover my workload right now is too daunting to re-evaluate this delineation given the above and the project
specifics we heard about yesterday. Feel free to give me a call to chat. Hope you’re doing well!
