This letter, is to inform you of, and summarize •changes, to the original plan at streams DSA and UT "to
Back Creek,.as labeled on project exhibits. Other impacted areas-have not changed from theioriginal
design.

Originally, stream.crossing DSA was designed to cross upstream =of stream;DSB while avoiding an
existing,house near, the stream: In order'to make the installation of the sewer line practical the stream
crossing was moved downhill approximately 110 feet to a point downstream of the confluence.of stream,
DSA.and DSB. This location was chosen to reduce, stream impacts while limiting the sewer main depth to
approximately 5 feetof cover (down from�approximately 17 feet of cover).
The stream crossing.at UT to Back Creek -was moved approximately40 feet-upstream. Impacts-in this
location remain the same.
