The review period for this inspection was November 2020 through December 2021. Over the review period the facility received a Notice of Violation in April 2021 for Aquatic Toxicity violation. The facility did not monitor Stormwater Outfalls 004, 005 and 006 for Mercury in June 2021. During the inspection it was discussed if the "Equalization Basins" are lined. There is a concrete barrier on the side walls of the aeration basin. DuPont's NPDES permit is set to expire on March 31, 2022. A renewal application has been submitted and the existing permit will remain effective until a new permit is issued. This permit renewal will separate Stormwater Outfalls and NPDES outfalls with each program issuing their own permit. During this inspection the six outfalls that are currently listed in the NPDES permit as well the newly proposed NPDES and Stormwater outfalls were visited.
