Describe the attachments or comments: This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be repairing a scour hole in a jurisdictional area in Gates County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is on Trotman Creek,Stream Index 25-18-1 in the Chowan River Basin.The pipe scour is approximately 180 ft2 located on the east side of a double barrel concrete box culvert.Class B granite riprap will be placed against the toe wall to prevent undermining.
