Impact Justification and Mitigation
1.
Avoidance and Minimization
1a.
Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing project.
Construction activity to remain within zone 2, activity within zone 1 to be avoided. Silt fencing will be place and
maintained near the construction activity to collect sedimentation and prevent it from reaching the stream. Silt
fencing runs parallel to the stream. The area will be re- graded within the original footprint.
1 b.
Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques.
Silt fence will be place and maintained near the. construction activity to collect sedimentation from reaching the
stream that runs parallel to the silt fence. The silt fence will also prevent flow into zone 1. Also, heavy equipment
will be located on the high -side, away from the buffer zones.
2.
Buffer Mitigation

Will the project result in an impact within a protected riparian buffer that requires buffer
