This is a project with three (3) phases on one parcel of land. The
names for each phase as permitted for the E&SC are as follows,
"Fiberon 1NL Eastern Drainage Improvements", "'I NL Front Parking
Lot Expansion" and "Phase 3 Fiberon 1 NL Western Storm System
2021 ". Due to these long names we used a single, simpler name for
this primary eNOI application for this parcel.
