To Whom It May Concern;
Thie letter will accompany the "Annual Summary Discharge Monitoring Report" for explanation
of why the report is not entered on the eDMR, and is submitted in paper form. I have completed the
stormwater 6 step process to enter data for our company (I also submit other reports on the eDMR).
After completion of the 6 step process I followed the prompt to start entering data, that is where the
problem has occurred. When I go to the eDMR page for NCG020274, and choose the drop down box to
choose "outfall and sample location", I have no choices to choose from. I have also tried to copy and
save our lab report and have no where to download those to. I have call and emailed, Annette Lucas
and Suzanne Mccoy, with no success in figuring out why we have no "Outfall and sampling location"
options on the eDMR. If you have any idea how we can solve the issue and have our outfall and
sampling locations added to the eDMR please let me know and I can enter our data electronically.
