I am sorry for your frustration with this. Our supervisor Annette Lucas and Suzanne McCoy no longer work with us, and this is why they could not be reached. Currently, we only have one outfall listed in our permit system. We had collected outfall locations from permittees through an on-line form some years ago, but we must not have received any entries for this one. For the outfalls that you sample, we need to add that information so it can update the eDMR system. For each additional outfall at your site, we will need the following information to add them: Outfall Number (ex., 001) Latitude/Longitude in degrees, minutes, seconds (like below) Description (short description of what area it is or where it drains) Whether it's Stormwater or Wastewater (including stormwater + wastewater) Receiving waterbody name Receiving waterbody stream index number (this on-line map is helpful for that, if it's a different one than this one below) Permit: NCGO20274 Version: 8.0 Status: ctive Outfall Number Description I Latitude Longitude HUC 001 North Toe River +35.55.40-82.05.20 Maintain Permit Outfall Outfall 1 Location 1 Limits Permit: NCGO20274 *OF Num: 001 *Description: INorth Toe River Version: 8.0 Represented By: Status: ctive Domestic %: Industrial %: 50 Stormwater %: 50 *County. fylitchell v 'Waterbody: INorth Toe River Sub -basin: 04-03-06 Current Proposed Classification: C;Tr Classification: Thank you, ❑ Internal Reclassify Date: Stream Inde; Bethany Georgoulias (she/her) Environmental Engineer Stormwater Program, Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources N.C. Many employees are working remotely or are on staggered shifts. To accommodate these staffing changes, all DEQ office locations are limiting public access to appointments only. Please check with the appropriate staff before visiting our offices, as we may be able to handle your requests by phone or email. We appreciate your patience as we continue to serve the public during this challenging time.
