One alternative available to Chadbourn, in the SOC compliance, is to continue to discharge
into Soules Swamp. Any modifications to the treatment plant will require a new NPDES
permit wherein a new set of discharge parameters will be generated.
In order to objectively analyze the Soules Swamp alternative, the new effluent limitations
must be known. Please advise me how the new criteria may be obtained.
