picking up pollutants people leave behind.
Rainwater is not treated as it is carried by the
storm drainage system into local lakes, creeks,
streams and rivers.
It is illegal to dump anything other
than stormwater down a storm drain, and
consequences include civil penalties of up
to$1000 per day with perpetrators responsible
for cleanup costs.
