Thank you for the response.
After reviewing this and the report submitted by the Mooresville Regional Office, I think the coordinates are still a little further away from the location of the drip field that was shown on the site map.
Based on the site map and Google Earth, I am proposing these new coordinates ( 35°21'50.24"N, 80°30'44.61"W). Since these coordinates would need to be specified on the draft permit, I wanted to
confirm them with you.

Thank you for your comments regarding the application for the Carter Property WWTS
(Application No. WQ0042881).
Below, please find a response to each of the questions/comments listed in your letter
dated December 2, 2021. To facilitate the review of this response, I have included each
point from the comment letter in bold.
Comments in section "L. Additional Documentation 4 Easement," and "4 Setback
Waiver" will be addressed in a separate response letter once the Carter Property has been
divided and ownership of the divided property has been transferred to the Downey's.

C. Application:
As per the site maps, the drip irrigation field for Mr. and Mrs. Downey
(WQ0042882) is proposed at 35°21'52.00"N and 80°30'48.00"W. Please provide
the correct co-ordinates for the drip irrigation field for Mr. and Mrs. Carter's
residence (WQ0042881)
Response: The coordinates for Mr. & Mrs. Carter's drip irrigation field have been
updated. The updated coordinates, are 35°21'48.00" N and 80°30'43.00" W. The
updated application page is attached to this response letter.
