Re: Cochran Seawall Footing Repair (Project ID – 20220038)

This letter is to inform you that the work to be done to reinforce and repair the existing concrete
seawall footings will be done when the lake levels are safely lower than the existing seawall
footings. The footing repairs will be formed with ¾” plywood and 2 x 4 framing and the concrete
will be placed through a pumping mechanism located on the driveway above the house. The
concrete will be allowed to cure for a minimum of 30 days prior to the lake level being raised.
