As you may recall, we discussed flow permitting from the amenity site, which we would like to bring online in the near future. The application indicates that there are 300 Tots in the subdivision which as it turns out is a conservative estimate. The actual number of lots is 255. Of those 255 lots (ali approved for sanitary sewer flow, permit number is that of downstream sanitary sewer listed on the amenity site application) 150 structures are either standing or under construction. Currently about 100 houses are occupied. • The estimated time to full build -out is an additional 2 to 3 years. Please give me if you have any questions.
