Existing conditions consist of a 2-lane bridge in a rural area.Surrounding land use is mostly agricultural with some single family homes.

Replacement of existing structurally deficient bridge.
4i.Describe the overall project in detail,including indirect impacts and the type of equipment to be used:
Impacts to the jurisdictional stream and wetlands will result from construction activities required to remove existing endbents and install the proposed bridge.
Permanent impacts will result from the granite rip rap bank stabilization being used to lay back the existing vertical enchants with a proposed 1.5:1 slope up to the proposed endbent caps.
Temporary impacts will result from the removal of existing bents and placement of the proposed bank stabilization.
