under Nationwide permit 3 conditions. location is on a UT to Fort Branch Creek,Stream Index 25-14-1-2 in the
Chowan river Basin.
Existing (2)66"x 60'CMP to be replaced by(2)72"x 60'CAP at N 36.25275,W-77.12293.
