This permit modification documents the change in ownership. Please find enclosed the revised permit. All other terms and conditions contained in the original permit remain unchanged and in full effect. As of this permit issuance, any previously issued permit bearing this number is no longer effective. Therefore, the exdusive authority to operate and discharge from this facility arises under the permit conditions, requirements, terms, and provisions included herein. Wilderness N.C., Inc. is hereby authorized to: 1. Discharge domestic wastewater and boiler blowdown from outfall 001, and kiln condensate from outfall 002 at the location specified on the attached map into an unnamed tributary to Flat Creek Swamp, which is classified as C waters in the Yadkin -Pee Dee River Basin. EFFLUENT LIMITATIONS AND MONITORING REQUIREMENTS During the period beginning on the effective date of the permit and lasting until expiration, the Permittee is authorized to discharge domestic wastewater and boiler blowdown from outfall(s) serial number 001. THERE SHALL BE NO CHROMIUM, ZINC, OR COPPER ADDED TO THE DISCHARGE EXCEPT AS PRE - APPROVED ADDITIVES TO BIOCIDAL COMPOUNDS. The Permittee shall obtain authorization from the Division prior to the use of any chemical additive in the discharge. The Permittee shall notify the Director in writing at least ninety (90) days prior to instituting use of any additional additive in the discharge which may be toxic to aquatic life (other than additives previously approved by the Division). Such notification shall include completion of Biocide Worksheet Form 101 (if applicable), a copy of the MSDS for the additive, and a map indicating the discharge point and receiving stream.
