In response to your request of July 7, 1975, we have attached a tabulation
of the effluent requirements for the Wilson & Company Processing on Fisher
River. The values shown have been proposed as Best Practicable Control
Technology Currently Available (BPI) by the Environmental Protection Agency
any are expected to be adopted in the 303(e) Plan by the Environmental
Management Commission.
The limitations tabulated will be specified as maximum monthly mean
values in the discharge permit.
We hope you find the attached information timely for your development
of the 201 Facilities Plan.
