On !December 1,2, 2000,, Char..les� Brown conducted a site visit and the features represented on the
Wake County Soils.,,and- the Zebulon 'USGS Quad maps were evaluated to determine their
subjectivity `to.,the Neuse Buffer Rule. Lt was determined' that; there are- two features and a pond
depicted on eitheel,.of'•the maps and those features are present -on the. ground., Therefore this
property js subject- to °the Neuse, River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive, Waters Management Strategy;
Protection; and 'Mai'ntena'nce' of Existing ,Riparian Areas, A'dmini;,strative Code T,15`A:02B.0233,
(NCAC,0233,),,. The mai il,feature is adjacent'to the rior- thwest "property line and the other strearm
with 'the pond has broken, "subjectivity. The required buffer,'is depicted correctly" on the attached
plat map.
