Being that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in
Louisburg Township, Franklin County, North Carolina, and lying to
the .north of Bickett Boulevard and being more particularly
described as follows:. -
BEGINNING at a point marked by an iron set in the northern right-
of-way line of Bickett Boulevard marking the southeastern corner
for the hereindescribed tract and the southwestern corner for the
Franklin County National Guard Armory; thence from said point of
beginning and along the northern right-of-way line for Bickett
Boulevard, South 86 degrees 06 minutes 35 seconds West 210.71 feet
to an iron marking the southeastern corner for Dixie Development;
thence along the Dixie Development line, North 03 degrees 51
minutes 58 seconds West 209.88 feet to an iron; thence North E6
