Robbie Bullock met with Toby Hare to inspect New Bern's pesticide permit NCG560052.
The City of New Bern has not sprayed for mosquitoes since 2018 and they do not have any
intentions on spraying in the near future.
The Pesticide Discharge Management was available during the inspection and appeared to be
adequate. The facility was reminded that if pesticide application resumes the Spray equipment would
need to be calibrated annually.
