Aziza,
The billing contact for both of these Caterpillar Inc permits should be changed to Lakeisha Gammage. She is in BIMS
already.
Also, I think I need to come up with a simple form that goes to you that people can fill out when they need to do this. It
would make things a lot easier! One day...
Thanks,

Cody,
Yes, the new Owner needs to submit a new registration form, and I'll pass it to the person helping us with those.
More importantly, there needs to be an Owner Affiliation change associated with the permit record, and that requires
the attached form. I don't see where that was submitted. If the new legally responsible person can fill that out, I can
make those changes. Kevin Staubus is still listed for several contacts here.

Bethany,
Attached is the eDMR registration form that was submitted March 29, 2021. The EHS manager has since changed to
Lakeisha Gammage.
Do we need to submit a new registration form?

Cody,
Have you all registered for e DMR yet? I noticed that the first outfall hasn't been revised to the more updated
parameters, and our registration person has already gone through the NCG03s. I wanted to make sure you all sent in
the information to do that — eReporting through eDMR was supposed to start this month.
Here is the information on how to register:

No, we really aren't pulling entries from that anymore because deadlines for permittees to fill it out have long past.
The easiest thing to do is send me the info, and I can add it. If the receiving water is not listed on the COC, you will need
to request a modification to the permit, though. If it's just another outfall to the same receiving waters, we can add it
just with an email.
I will need:
Outfall ID
Description
Receiving waters/stream index number (check this map)
Latitude/longitude (degrees, minutes, seconds)

Bethany,
I hope you have had a wonderful 2022 so far!
I am in the process of adding an additional outfall to our current stormwater permit, COC No. NCG030447. Is the "NPDES
Stormwater Program Outfall Collector Form", from https://deg.nc.gov/stormwater-outfall-collection the correct way to
do this?
Just wanted to make sure before I screwed something up...
