Please see attached map. Upon completion and acceptance of all necessary sewer lines to serve the subject site, Charlotte - Mecklenburg Utilities (C-MU) agrees to accept the sewage flow of 28,500 gallons per day (150 lots x 190 gpollot) from this project for transmission to the McAlpine Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant; NPDES permit number NC0024970, for treatment. This acceptance of flow is based on the existing capacity of the designated publicly owned treatments works; which is contingent upon final acceptance and issuance of a discharge permit from the appropriate local, State, or Federal Agency, whichever might have control. Charlotte -Mecklenburg Utilities does not expect any of the above conditions preclude sewer service to the subject site. However, the applicant should understand that due to the involvement of other agencies and continuing growth of the sewer system, the ability to provide service for future projects cannot be guaranteed nor reserved.
