Alaina,
—LDGP-2018-00150 is still an open and active permit. The work has not yet been completed. The developer holds that
permit and is still actively working on the conversion of a BMP on site.
—LDGP-2020-00062 was opened by DR Horton to cover their lot building disturbance/activities.That work is now
complete and permanently stable. That permit is a closed.
Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

Subject: [EXT]Lanier Village Phase 2
Hi Jay,
We've received an NOT request for Lanier Village Phase 2, and we have two approval letters on file for this project. The
first project ID is LDGP-2018-00150 and the second is LDGP-2020-00062. The permittee uploaded the close-out letter
for 2020-00062,but not for 2018-00150.
Does 2020-00062 cover 2018-00150? Just want to make sure everything covered under NCC 193243 is closed out before
processing the NOT.
Thanks for your help,
Alaina
