Good afternoon Charles,
Yesterday I met with Mr. Gray Hill and visited the site of his SFR septic system permitted under COC NCG550549. There
are two significant changes to the system upcoming that I wanted to detail for you:
First, the home that was originally permitted with the system was torn down and removed several years ago, but the
system remains in fine condition, so he plans to reconnect to it as he begins construction on a new house at that
location. The construction has not yet begun, but I believe he is nearing the end of permitting and planning, so it should
be underway this year.
Second, the driveway leading into the property has been moved from the east side of the property (via Sink Road) to the
south side of the property (via City Lake Road), and as a result the property address will be changing. I asked him to
submit the permit renewal form to document this change of address, and he said he would be able to mail it in to you
next week.
Please let me know if you think we'll need any additional information to keep his COC up to date, or if you have any
clarifying questions for me.
