This letter is a reminder that the above referenced permit is set to expire on 7/31/2022. Per 15A NCAC
02T.0109,a renewal application should be received 180 days prior to expiration,which in this case is no later
than 2/1/2022. If this date has passed,please respond immediately to avoid a compliance violation. The
application for the renewal can be downloaded using the following steps:
