The Division of Water Resources received the Year 2 Monitoring Report for the above - referenced site,
dated December 2013.
Based on review of the monitoring report, the streams appear to generally be stable, and no problem areas
were noted.
Vegetation monitoring includes only one vegetation plot. While the plot met performance standards, one
plot is not sufficient to provide representative data on the planted parts of the easement. DWR
recommends the addition of three more vegetation plots, for a total of two plots within the UT2
enhancement reach easement and two plots within the UT3 restoration reach easement.
The report describes some encroachment along UT3 Reach 2. The report describes corrective measures
that the FD Provider is taking to correct this situation.

comments.
