The Division of Water Resources received the Baseline Monitoring /As -Built Report for the above -
referenced site, dated September 25, 2013.
The site consists of stream enhancement (E2) and wetland and buffer enhancement. Monitoring consists
of stream cross sections /stability monitoring, overbank event documentation and vegetation monitoring.
Vegetation monitoring will also be conducted (vegetation had not been planted as of the date of the
report).
The proposed seed mix research is interesting and DWR looks forward to seeing the results of the project.
According to the report, buffer enhancement was performed along the north side of Sandy Creek. Buffer
enhancement generates credit at a 3:1 ratio; therefore, buffer credit at this site would be 31,450 credits.
This is not reflected in the report.

comments.
