I am writing in response to the NOV letter ( NOV-2021-MV 0131 ) received by the
Town of Scotland Neck on January 18, 2022 conceming a Frequency Violation on
the September 2021 DMR for Effluent BOD 5.
This was actually a data -entry error. i have revised the report to correct the mistake
and l have also enclosed copies of the Environment 1 test results and Chain of
Custody to back this up. I would like to respectfully request that the NOV be
rescinded based on these facts. Thank you very much for your consideration.
