Good Morning Sam & Brian,

The attached draft permit will go to public notice in the Elizabeth City Daily Advance no later than
next Wednesday. Comments on the draft permit will be accepted through February 27, 2022. This
is the new permit format, so it looks a little different than the one you already have, but is the same
for the most part. The big change is that the Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) has to be
submitted to DEQ for approval 90 days prior to commencement of construction.
